Hinsdale Police Reports: Underage Drinking, DUI, Phone Harassment
Hinsdale Police Department reported crimes through June 14.

Someone entered an unlocked car between June 7 and 8 and stole miscellaneous drill bits, a battery-driven Panasonic drill, a key ring containing 15 keys and a garage door opener while the car was parked in a driveway on Charleston Road.
A driver was stopped June 9 for an illegal left turn at 7th Street and Garfield Avenue. Three 16-year-old boys — two from Clarendon Hills and one from Hinsdale — were seen to be under the influence of alcohol. They were charged with unlawful use of alcohol by person under 21 and released to appear in court.

Someone entered an unlocked car between June 2 and 3 and stole two phone charges valued at $40 and loose change while the car was parked in a driveway in the 100 block of S Park Avenue.
Ray-Ban sunglasses valued at $250 were reported stolen June 2 from a backpack in the 0-100 block of W Chicago Avenue.

A teenager was found at 5:44 a.m. June 11 lying in the grass at 55th Street and Garfield Avenue. The teenager was seen to be under the influence of alcohol. He was charged with unlawful use of alcohol by a person under 21 and released to appear in court.
Patricia Hernandez, 39 of the 4500 block of W 102nd Place in Oak Lawn, was stopped June 12 for failure to signal at Ogden Avenue and Rouge 83. She was seen to be under the influence of alcohol, and she was charged with drunken driving and released to appear in court.
Someone called a person's cell phone and work phone 17 times between June 12 and 13. The caller called the person derogatory names and made threatening statements.
