Hinsdale Woman Trespassed Another Resident's Home: Cops
In another case, an armed man was arrested on weapons charges, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Wednesday. Here is information from the reports:
Trespassing
- A 60-year-old Hinsdale woman who lives in the 800 block of West North Street was arrested about 6:30 p.m. Friday on a charge of criminal trespass to a residence. The woman returned to the victim's house in the 400 block of North Quincy Street after previously being served a no-trespass warning. She was released and given a date to appear in court.

- Demetruise D. Dye, 35, of Chicago, was arrested at midnight Saturday on charges of felony aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. He had no firearm owner's identification card. Police said they were called to a domestic disturbance near Ogden Avenue and Oak Street. Western Springs police found the man, who was walking, and stopped him at Ogden and Wolf Road. Police said the man had a loaded pistol in his backpack. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
DUI
- A 25-year-old Chicago man was arrested about 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the 600 block of West Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and speeding. The man submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- A 23-year-old Plano man was arrested about 3 a.m. Monday at York Road and Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and driving an uninsured car. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
