Her parents are Kotresa and Kenneth Jefferson of Woodridge, according to the hospital. Kenly Grace weighed in at 5 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 19½ inches. Kenly Grace will be welcomed home by three siblings. The Hinsdale hospital is formally called UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Hinsdale.
