Man runs stop sign, busted for marijuana
Motorcycle stolen from driveway, two purses taken from unlocked offices

Possession of Cannabis
Grant E. Filer, 19, of Clarendon Hills was arrested July 6 for possession of cannabis and disobeying a stop sign in the vicinity of Chicago Avenue and Lincoln Street, according to Hinsdale Police reports. After Filer was stopped for disobeying a stop sign, police discovered a substance which field tested positive for marijuana.

A motorcycle was stolen from the driveway of a home in the 100 block of West Third Street between 8:30 p.m. July 4 and 7:30 a.m. July 5, according to Hinsdale Police reports. The motorcycle was valued at $350.00.
A person reported a purse containing $40 cash and credit cards taken from an unlocked office in the 100 block of North Oak Street between 11:35 a.m. June 30 and noon July 1, according to Hinsdale Police reports.
A person reported a purse containing $40 cash and credit cards taken from an unlocked office in the 700 block of South Bodin Street between 5 p.m. June 25 and 8 a.m. June 27, according to Hinsdale Police reports.
