Lemonade for the Library A Success

got a sweet gift from area families who raised $405.00 the old-fashioned way: lemonade stands.

All proceeds will be used to order additional books and materials for the library’s children’s collection, said Leigh Ann Porsch, the library’s community and development coordinator. Each new item will have a sticker inside indicated it was purchased with funds from the fundraiser, she said.

Three families _ the Kyriazes, Saluka and Grandziel families _ the raised the most, $178.25, at their stand, Porsch said.
