Police Searching for Man who Robbed Hobby Lobby

Investigators are searching for a man who robbed the Hobby Lobby store in McHenry at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday, and fled on foot, the Northwest Herald reports. 

The craft supply store is located at 2000 N. Richmond Rd. (Route 31).

According to the Herald, an unidentified man grabbed money from a register as the cash drawer opened. He did not display a weapon. The robber was described as: slim white man, about 40 to 50 years old, 5-foot-7-inches tall, dressed blue jeans, a dark blue and black hooded sweatshirt with a black hood, a dark baseball cap, and sunglasses.
