The new Target store in Hyde Park is hosting a job fair August 18 - 19 at Kenwood Academy High School, 5015 S. Blackstone Ave., Chicago.
The new store, located at 1346 E. 53rd St. near the intersection of 53rd Street and Kimbark Avenue, is scheduled to open Nov. 2. The 21,000 square foot store will be a flexible-store design and will stock products aiming to cater to University of Chicago students.

Products at the Hyde Park store will include: an expanded assortment of beauty products; men's and women's clothing; children's and baby items; home products; mobile and electronics products; and select groceries and cleaning products. Services will include a pharmacy and order pickup.
This will be Target's fourth such store with four other Vue53 mixed-use locations in the Chicago area located at State Street, Streeterville and Lincoln Park North.
