Intoxicated Man Charged with Trespassing in Lake Bluff

ALCOHOL
Michael J. Kucharski, 58, of the 5700 block of 5th Avenue, Kenosha, Wis., was charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving on a revoked license and driving without insurance at 1:08 p.m. Dec. 24 on West Washington and northbound Route 41. His court date was not available.
Paul M. Scherer, 56, of the 100 block of Leonard Wood North, Highland Park, was charged with driving under the influence and disobeying a stop sign at 8:33 p.m. Dec. 14 on Sheridan Road at East Sheridan Road. His court date is Jan. 10 at the Lake County Courthouse in Waukegan.

TRESPASSING
Fidencio Balpasar, 50, of the 500 block of South Avenue, Waukegan, was charged with trespassing on railroad property after officers responded to a report of a man walking on the Metra train tracks along Sheridan Road at 11 p.m. Dec. 13. Police said he was intoxicated and they gave him a ride home. His court date is Jan. 7 at the Lake County Courthouse in Park City.

OTHER INCIDENTS
A resident told police Dec. 9 that his 15-year-old daughter was being supplied with drugs by a 19-year-old Lake Bluff resident. The officer suggested setting up a meeting with the girl immediately, but the resident said she would make an appointment later. The officer instructed the resident on obtaining an order of protection against the 19-year-old.
