We have been serving the Lake Forest community for over 50 years and, today, are one of the most well-regarded early learning programs in the area. We offer a strong curriculum, a safe, nurturing environment and extended day enrichment programs to enhance early learning. Our mission is to develop each child to his or her fullest potential, spiritually, intellectually, and socially, so that each may grow in grace, enjoy freedom through knowledge, and lead a healthy, productive and meaningful life. The following information is from the Lake Forest Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.An officer saw Juan B. Bustamente-Garrido, 27, of the 700 block of Llewellyn Ave. in Highland Park, sitting inside his car in a driveway in the 200 block of South Western Ave. at 4:30 a.m. Aug. 23. He told an officer he was lost. Police said he exhibited a strong odor of alcohol and failed a field sobriety test. He later supplied a breath sample indicating his blood alcohol content was 0.216. He was taken into custody on charges of DUI-alcohol and driving without a valid license, was released on $3,000 bond and given a Sept. 26 court date.
