We have been serving the Lake Forest community for over 50 years and, today, are one of the most well-regarded early learning programs in the area. We offer a strong curriculum, a safe, nurturing environment and extended day enrichment programs to enhance early learning. Our mission is to develop each child to his or her fullest potential, spiritually, intellectually, and socially, so that each may grow in grace, enjoy freedom through knowledge, and lead a healthy, productive and meaningful life. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.DUIAn officer conducted a traffic stop on Route 41 at 4:30 a.m. Aug. 17 for a vehicle driving without a left front tire. The driver was arrested for DUI and no valid license.Suspicious car packingOfficers responded to the 400 block of Pine Court at 4 a.m. Aug. 18 for a report of a black suburban or pickup truck that was coming and going from the area and loading things into it. The officers met with the resident next door who said his son was driving the vehicle and was packing up to leave for college.Suspicious walkerAn officer responded to Oak and North avenues at 9 p.m. Aug. 20 for a report of a suspicious man walking nearby who may have been intoxicated. The officer found the man who said he was just out for a walk and determined that he was not intoxicated.
