Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

We are a little bias since she is our daughter but the passion she puts into every day to make sure the kids have a great learning experience is amazing. Along with teaching she has thrown herself into teaming up with a couple other teachers to rewrite all the safety measures in the school to make sure in this crazy world your children can walk into a safe environment. In her free time she tutors, teaches summer school and whatever she feels the school needs. In today’s world, passion is a lost art when it comes to teaching. You rarely see it but when your child gets the opportunity to have a teacher that puts the effort in it brightens their day. It makes an already sometimes stressful time seem much easier when your child is happy to go to school. Our daughter has loved children since she was young and started babysitting at a young age and it carried on to wanting to be a teacher.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

She loves children and that carries over to making sure her students have a great learning experience
