An arrest is not an indication of guilt.Wasp nest found near playgroundPolice responded to Sanctuary Park at 4:45 p.m. Sept. 14 for a report of a wasp nest near the playground. The officer found the nest in the wooden border on the south end of the playground and notified the park district.DUIAn officer conducted a traffic stop on Route 41 at the north limits of town at 3:30 a.m. Sept. 15 and arrested the driver for DUI.Theft with a U-HaulOfficers responded to the 100 block of Albrecht Drive for a suspicious circustances report of a U-Haul truck backed up against a dumpster at 6 a.m. Sept. 18. Police arrested the two people inside the truck.
