1. A 17-year-old girl was reported missing Friday from the Belmont Terrace area. She was last seen in in the 3400 block of North Pacific Avenue. (NBC)
2. Several COVID-19 test sites across the city are running out of testing equipment due to high demand during the omicron surge. Dr. Rahul Khare of West Lakeview’s Innovative Care clinic said demand has gone up by 150 percent this week, but the clinic still has a bulk supply of tests. (WGN)
3. Some Lake View High School students participated in Friday’s organized walkout to demand better remote learning options from Chicago Public Schools as COVID-19 surges. “I want to go remote,” junior Justin Frausto told the Sun-Times. “ I don’t want to get sick. 4. The city has received reports from several pet owners saying their dogs are potentially getting electric shocks while crossing a Lakeview street, Fox reports. ComEd investigated the complaints at the intersection of Diversey and Orchard and found “all electrical equipment is working properly." (FOX)
5. A “Golden Girls” festival originally planned in Lakeview will move to Navy Pier after “overwhelming demand” for tickets. The April event is expected to draw 3,000 fans. (GoPride)
