1. Two men were shot early Friday morning while driving in the 1400 block of West Addison. Both were injured and are being treated at Weiss Memorial Hospital. (WGN)
2. A delivery driver was carjacked at gunpoint Thursday in the 3700 block of North Marshfield. Police later recovered the delivery truck, but the suspect had fled. (NBC)
3. Patrons at a Roscoe Village restaurant were also targeted by robbers Thursday. Diners at Le Sud were approached by three suspects who stole their property off the table where they were eating. (ABC)
4. Warming centers are now open throughout the city as low temperatures drop below freezing. Residents are encouraged to call 311 to locate warming centers and shelters as winter weather escalates. (Block Club)
5. Lakeview Pantry “stuffed the truck” with holiday food donations Friday. Firehouse Engine 55’s truck was filled by volunteer “elves” and local officials at Dom’s Kitchen and Market. (CBS)
