1. A 69-year-old man was carjacked at gunpoint Wednesday morning in the 1800 block of West Diversey. The stolen vehicle was later spotted by state troopers on the Dan Ryan Expressway. The car crashed in Joliet after a police pursuit and the suspect was arrested. (CBS)

2. A Lawndale teen is charged with stealing a car from a 77-year-old woman in Lakeview earlier this month. Police said he took the car by force on Feb. 12 in the 1200 block of West Cornelia. (FOX)

3. More than 75 percent of Chicagoans have at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, the city reported this week. Higher vaccination rates and lower hospitalization numbers led to health officials' decision to drop citywide mask and vaccine mandates beginning Monday. (Patch)
