Feigenholtz Honored with YMCA Legislators Award (PHOTO)

Representatives from the Lake View YMCA presented State Rep. Sara Feigenholtz (D-Chicago) with the Legislative Champion Award on Wednesday, recognizing her advocacy for supportive housing.

The Illinois State Alliance of YMCAs grants its Legislative Champion Award to state lawmakers who promote the YMCAs’ community-based objectives, including family support, youth programs and healthy neighborhoods.
