1. Chicago police are searching for a missing 23-year-old man last seen in Lakeview on Sunday. Inaki Bascaran’s last known location was in the 800 block of West Newport Avenue. (CBS2)
2. A 23-year-old woman was shot in the leg Sunday night while driving in the 2200 block of DuSable Lake Shore Drive near Lincoln Park. She is in good condition at Lakeview’s St. Joseph Hospital. No arrests have been made. (ABC7)
3. A new Epic Kitchens location is officially open in Lakeview. The “ghost kitchen” brings together four restaurants at 3332 N. Broadway: BurgerFi, Pokeworks, 800 Degrees Pizza and Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken. (Block Club)
4.The CTA Blue Line was temporarily halted Sunday after a man jumped in front of a train at the downtown Clark-Lake station. The man in his 50s was last reported in critical condition. (CBS2)
5. DePaul University is one of 600 colleges in the country with mask mandates in place on campus. While professors report almost universal compliance, the Department of Public Safety says some incidents have occurred on the Lincoln Park campus in which individuals refused to wear a mask properly.
