1. A 51-year-old man was seriously injured after being shoved to the ground during an apparent fight on Clark Street early Monday morning. Police said surveillance footage showed passersby picking the man’s pockets as he lay unconscious. (CWB)

2. Illinois households can now receive up to four at-home COVID-19 tests from the U.S. government. The website covidtests.gov launched Wednesday and is “meant to help a nationwide shortage” of at-home testing kits. (Patch)

3. Lakeview Special Service Area 27’s grant program is now accepting applications. Those with unique ideas for neighborhood celebrations are encouraged to apply. Winners could receive up to $5,000 for their event if chosen by the Lakeview Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce. (Block Club)

4. Several COVID-19 testing sites are shutting down throughout the city after complaints about confusing results or poor conditions. Lincoln Park resident Jon Bernhardt told CBS that a testing site in his neighborhood “appeared overnight,” which was a “red flag.” (CBS)

4. The Chicago History Museum in Lincoln Park is remembering Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Muhammad Ali after the state celebrated their trailblazing lives on Jan. 17. Museum President Donald Lassere spoke about the pair at a Monday ceremony alongside the Rev. Jesse Jackson, Illinois Lt. Gov. Juliana Stratton, and Ali’s daughter, Maryum Ali.
