Ring in Hump Night With a $10 Schubas Show
Wondering what there is to do in Lake View tonight? Wonder no more, friends.
Wednesday is here and what better way to ring it in than with a show at local favorite, Schubas?
The Tavern, 3159 N. Southport Ave., is featuring Sarah Marie Young on Wednesday, July 31 at 8 p.m. Tickets to get in are just $10.
"A true musician, songwriter, and all around creative thinker, Sarah Marie Youngh as emerged as a stellar jazz vocalist, but has also made a name for herself singing R&B, funk, gospel, pop, and Brazilian styles," the Schubas website says, of the performer.
"Born and raised in Indianapolis, the small baptist church where her father played bass and mother sang in served her well, and the public performing arts magnet schools nurtured Sarah's love for music."
