1. The co-owner of Schubas and Tied House has been removed from his post as president and CEO of Audiotree, the company which also owns Lincoln Hall. A civil suit claims Michael Johnston and his wife set up hidden cameras in their Roscoe Village home to capture nude video of their nanny and assistant. (Eater)

2. Lakeview is among Chicago’s “rattiest” neighborhoods, according to new city data. About 2,182 rodent-related 311 calls have been made in the neighborhood so far this year, “about 698 complaints per square mile.” (Patch)

3. Mayor Lori Lightfoot said Tuesday that Chicago’s funding from President Joe Biden’s historic infrastructure plan would help make CTA Red Line improvements and remove lead service lines. “The city doesn’t yet know how much money from the federal infrastructure bill will flow to Chicago,” according to the Tribune.
