Shop Local: Lake View Small Business Shopping Deals & Ideas

While the Lakeview East Chamber of Commerce may have sold more than $40,000 of gift cards during it’s Shop Local campaign, that doesn’t mean residents should stop heading to the local retailers.

Patch asked local businesses and chambers of commerce to share what special sales, items or attractions they have this holiday season, and they delivered. However, this is just a jumping off point for a massive local shopping list.

State Farm Insurance, 3170 N. Lincoln Ave.
Agent Matt Maloney of Lake View is offering up free financial reviews. What’s more, is anyone who comes in for the free review will also get a $10 gift card.

Shari Imbo Photography, Any Location
Shari Imbo Photography is offering a holiday special of $50 off a photo session. Each session includes artistic hair and makeup, four retouched 8x10 prints, and digital images from the session.

Check out their candy cane suspenders ($12.95), static cling drink nametags ($3.95) and, of course, grown up “toys” (prices vary).
