2. Chicago police are searching for a man who threw a brick in the window of Wiener’s Circle on Wednesday night. The customer reportedly grew “agitated” when asked to wear a mask. No one was injured. (Patch)
3. An Uptown woman was arrested Wednesday for vandalizing a memorial to late Chicago police officer Ella French. Police said Anna Kochakian tore down a photo of French at the Thompson Center memorial, threw it into the garbage and posted pictures of it on social media. (Paid source: Tribune)
