1. More details are emerging in the case against Lakeview business owner Michael Johhston, accused of secretly recording his nanny in his Roscoe Village home. The owner of Schubas Tavern, Tied House and Lincoln Hall was arrested in Lakeview Nov. 9 and released the following day. He appeared in court yesterday after allegations of placing hidden cameras in private areas of his home to capture naked footage of his nanny. (Paid source: Sun-Times)

2. Youth cases of COVID-19 have increased 62 percent over the past seven days, according to the Illinois Department of Public Health. As Thanksgiving break approaches, the state is seeing an average of 1,020 cases per day in people younger than 17. (Paid source: Tribune)

3. Chicago City Council is on a tight deadline to determine its new ward map based on 2020 census data. According to WBEZ, the Council’s Rules Committee has until Dec. 1 to figure out an updated map. (WBEZ)
