Battery, Speeding, Traffic Violations: Lemont Police Blotter

The Lemont Police Department made three arrests in recent weeks involving a variety of criminal charges involving local residents.

LEMONT, IL — The Lemont Police Department made three arrests over the past week involving area residents.

Local residents are reminded that criminal charges do not equate to a guilty finding. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Bethany J. Pearson, 45, Lemont, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on April 16 and charged with violating a local ordinance citation for battery following an incident in the 1200 Block of State Street. Pearson will appear in the local court.

Alexandra Latourette, 37, Romeoville, was arrested at 9:36 a.m. on April 19 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following a traffic stop at Main Street and New Avenue. Latourette was issued a May 5 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Carmen Manzano-Hernandez, 50, Chicago, was arrested at 5:01 a.m. on April 20 and charged with driving without a valid license (Never Issued) and Speeding (21-25 MPH over the speed limit) following a traffic stop at State Street and Logan Street. Manzano – Hernandez was issued a May 9 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
