DUI, Theft, Violation Of Protective Order: Lemont Police Blotter

The Lemont Police recently made a number of arrests in connection with a variety of criminal charges and violations.

LEMONT, IL ­— The Lemont Police Department made a number of arrests in recent weeks for criminal charges ranging from drunk driving to a violation of a protective order.

Residents are reminded that criminal charges do not equate to a guilty finding and that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Falonda Kelly, 36, Lemont was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on March 12 for obstructing identification and resisting and obstructing a police officer following an incident in the 1200 Block of State Street. Kelly was issued a May 9 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Brian J. Misius, 39, Oswego, was arrested at 1 a.m. on March 13 for driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, and improper parking on a roadway following an incident at Archer Avenue and Tuscany Lane. Misius was issued a May 5 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Aurimas Raudys, 43, Lemont was arrested at 9:15 on March for theft of lost or mislaid property following an incident that occurred on March 13 in the 13600 Block of Archer Avenue. Raudys was issued an April 14 court date at the Will County Courthouse.

Ashley Damian, 21, Chicago, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. on March 16 for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and no Insurance following a traffic stop at New Avenue and Lockport Street. Damian was issued a May 9 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Dontee McDonald, 33, Willowbrook, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. on March 16 for driving while his license was suspended or revoked and obstructed windshield following a traffic stop at Lemont Road and Illinois Street. McDonald was issued a May 5 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Joshua Toms, 43, Lemont was arrested at 7:04 p.m. on March 17 for violation of an order of protection following an incident in the 15900 Block of New Avenue. Toms was transported to the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.
