Lemont Board Approves 4 Electric Chargers For Downtown Garage

LEMONT, IL — At its Monday meeting, the Lemont Village Board approved an agreement for the installation of four electric vehicle charging stations at its River Street Parking Garage.

According to Board documents, the agreement is with Burke, LLC, for a total project cost of $69,000. The Village anticipates a ComEd Make-Ready rebate of $21,332, so the net cost will be $47,668.

"The project is expected to be completed within 90 days of the notice to proceed," according to Board documents.
