Lemont Early Voting: What To Know

Traditional early voting will begin Oct. 21 at Lemont Township.

LEMONT, IL — The Presidential Election will be held Nov. 5, and Lemont residents may be wondering how to early vote or when early voting begins.

According to the Cook County Clerk's website, limited early voting will begin in Cook County on Oct. 9. However, early voting will only be available at the five suburban Cook County Circuit Courthouse locations and in downtown Chicago at 69 W. Washington.

The closest suburban courthouse to Lemont would be the Bridgeview Courthouse, 10220 S. 76th Ave.

Traditional early voting will then start on Oct. 21, and run through Nov. 4. Lemont residents will be able to early vote at Lemont Township Hall, 1115 Warner Ave, which is the only early voting location in town.

  • 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Oct. 21-Oct. 26
  • 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Oct. 27
  • 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Oct. 28-Nov. 2
  • 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 3
  • 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 4

The polls will then open at 6 a.m. on Election Day on Nov. 5.
