Lemont High School Boys Basketball To Play In Regional Championship
Lemont (no. 2 seed) will face no. 10 seed Morgan Park at 7 p.m. on Friday.
LEMONT, IL — The Lemont High School boys basketball team will play in the regional championship game on Friday, after defeating Thornton in the regional semi-final.
The team defeated Thornton, 70-40, on Wednesday, according to IHSA results.
Now, Lemont (no. 2 seed) will face no. 10 seed Morgan Park at 7 p.m. on Friday.

The winner of the regional championship will advance to the sectional semi-final game, and play against the winner of Marian vs. Chicago's Perspectives Leadership, according to IHSA.
The IHSA Class 3A state final tournament will be held March 13-15 at the University of Illinois in Champaign.
