Samir Beha, 23, of the 13900 block of Steepleview Lane in Lemont, was arrested at 4 a.m. in the 13900 block of Steepleview Lane. He was charged with battery and criminal damage to property. He was issued an Aug. 2 court date in Bridgeview.

Operating a Commercial Vehicle without a License

Jaime M. Rodriguez, 41, of the 3000 block of Kedvale Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. following a traffic stop at 109th Street and Lemont Road. He was charged with operating a commercial vehicle without a commercial driver's license. He will appear in the DuPage County courthouse.

Suspended License

William M. Gervasio, 40, of the 2600 block of Lakeridge Drive in Lockport, was arrested at 8:12 a.m. following a traffic stop at Illinois Street at the Lemont overpass. He was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was issued a July 11 court date in Bridgeview.

Francisco Santana-Marchan, 44, of the 2700 block of Kedvale in Chicago, was arrested at 9:49 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 10900 block of Lemont Road. He was charged with driving without a valid license and suspended registration. He will appear in the DuPage County courthouse.

Monika Sutkiene, 26, of the 300 block of Short Street in Lemont, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. following a traffic stop at Illinois and Stephen streets. He was charged with driving without a valid license and disobeying a stop sign. He was issued a July 11 court date in Bridgeview.

Derek Tracy, 27, of the 800 block of Singer Avenue in Lemont, was arrested at 5:36 a.m. following a traffic stop at State and Freehauf streets. He was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was issued a June 26 court date in Bridgeview.

Domestic Battery

Michael F. Cervantes, 47, of the 1000 block of Warner Avenue in Lemont, was arrested at 7:33 p.m. He was charged with domestic battery and interfering with reporting a domestic battery. He appeared in the Bridgeview courthouse for a bond hearing.
