Police Blotter: Domestic Battery, Stolen MacBook, String of Tire Slashings

Stolen MacBook

A MacBook computer and laptop case were removed from a vehicle in the 1200 block of Country Lane between 7:30 p.m. June 21 and 6:30 p.m. June 22.

String of Tire Slashings

Four instances of sidewalls being cut from tires were reported between 8:30 p.m. June 22 and 2 p.m. June 23:

• Between 10:30 p.m. June 22 and 7:45 a.m. June 23 in the 600 block of Porter St.

• Between 8:30 p.m. June 22 and 7:45 a.m. June 23 in the 600 block of Porter St.

• Between 5 p.m. June 22 and 7:45 a.m. June 23 in the 700 block of Porter St.

• Between 8 p.m. June 22 and 2 p.m. June 23 in the 700 block of Main St.

No Driver's License

Jose A. Martinez, 37, of the 700 block of Manhatten Road in Joliet, was arrested at 10:17 a.m. in the 15900 block of New Avenue. He was charged with no driver's license. He was issued an Aug. 2 court date in Bridgeview.

Domestic Battery

Errol B. Moore, 37, of the 300 block of Short Street in Lemont, was arrested at 6:42 a.m. in the 300 block of Short Street. He was charged with domestic battery. He appeared at the Cook County courthouse in Bridgeview for a bond hearing.
