Police Blotter: DUI, Telephone/Email Harassment

Revoked License

Rick L. Andorf, 49, of the 200 block of Edgehill Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 3:11 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Stephen Street. He was charged with driving with a revoked license and no valid insurance. He was issued a July 11 court date in Bridgeview.

Driving Under the Influence

Faustino T. Fernandez, 45, of the 5300 block of Christiana in Chicago, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. in the 10900 block of Lemont Road. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, disobeying a traffic control device and driving without lights when required. He will appear in the DuPage County courthouse.

Telephone/Email Harassment

Dustin G. Johnson, 39, of the 5600 block of Mason Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. in the 1200 block of Arbor Drive. He was charged with telephone harassment and harassment by electronic mail. He was issued a July 11 court date in Bridgeview.
