Sheri L. Forillo, 49, of the 1000 block of McCarthy Road in Lemont, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. following an incident in the 500 block of Fourth Street. She was charged with harassment through an electronic device. She was issued an Aug. 2 court date in Bridgeview.

Retail Theft

Peter M. Zurales, 30, of the 13600 block of Archer Avenue in Lemont, was arrested at 8:05 a.m. in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. He was charged with retail theft. He was issued an Aug. 2 court date in Bridgeview.

Suspended License

Ignacio Perez-Guerrero, 29, of the 800 block of Piper Lane in Prospect Heights, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. in the 16600 block of New Avenue. He was charged with driving on a suspended license and improper lane usage. He was issued an Aug. 2 court date in Bridgeview.
