Police Blotter: Home Thefts, Order of Protection Violation
The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department for arrests made June 27-July 6. It does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, June 27
Traffic Violation
David Delatorre, 20, 5518 S. Keeler Ave. in Chicago, was arrested at 3 p.m. in the 15800 block of New Avenue. He was charged with no valid driver's license and failure to wear a seatbelt.
Tuesday, June 28Illegal Transportation of Alcohol
Vicente Saldana, 23, 3440 W. 50th Place in Chicago, was arrested at 10:36 p.m. near New Avenue and Lockport Street. He was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, no insurance and expired registration.

Bike stolen
A Quest mountain bike was stolen between 11 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. June 29 in the 400 block of Illinois Street.
Thursday, June 30Traffic Violation
Richard A. Taylor, 56, 1620 48th Court in Cicero, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. at Archer Avenue and State Street. He was charged with no valid driver's license, no insurance and a defective muffler system.

Stolen electronics
A Nintendo Wii, iPod and cell phone were stolen between 4:30 p.m. and 10:30 a.m. July 2 from a home in the 300 block of Canal Street.
Violating Order of Protection
Steven J. Mandell, 51, 104 Ruffled Feathers Drive in Lemont, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. at his home. He was charged with violation of an order of protection.
Traffic Violations
- Gaudencio Bahena-Rodriguez, 35, 4323 S. Mozart St. in Chicago, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. in the 100 block of Main Street. He was charged with no valid driver's license, no insurance and speeding.
- Jesus Nevares, 23, 1629 N. St. Louis Ave. in Chicago, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. in the 14900 block of 127th Street. He was charged with driving with a suspended license and no insurance.
Ring Stolen
An emerald ring was stolen between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. July 3 from a home in the 12400 block of Walker Road.
