Retail Theft, Criminal Trespass, Speeding: Lemont Police Blotter

The Lemont Police Department made a series of arrests over the past week and charged local residents with a variety of criminal offenses.

LEMONT, IL — The Lemont Police Department made a series of arrests over the previous week and charged local residents with a variety of criminal offenses.

Local residents are reminded that criminal charges do not equate to a guilty finding and that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

ARRESTS

Sergio Guzman-Santoyo, 52, Aurora, was arrested at 9:23 a.m. on May 7 and charged with driving with a suspended registration and without Insurance following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and State Street. Guzman-Santoyo was issued a June 14 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Amanda R. Fasken, 34, Bridgeview, was arrested at 11:17 a.m. on May 7 and charged with driving while her license was suspended or revoked and speeding (21-25 MPH Over Limit) following a traffic stop at New Avenue and Lockport Street. Fasken was issued a June 16 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Robert J. Getter, 31, Tinley Park, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. on May 7 and charged with speeding (35+ MPH over the Limit) following a traffic stop in the 11600 Block of Lemont Road. Getter was issued a June 16 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Ira D. Cunningham, 43, Chicago, was arrested at 8:47 a.m. on May 9 and served with a local ordinance citation for Criminal Trespass to Real Property following an incident in the 12500 Block of Thornberry Drive. Cunningham will appear in the local court.

Leslie A. Millard, 60, Lemont, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. on May 11 and served with a local ordinance citation for Criminal Trespass to a Vehicle and Theft following an incident that occurred on May 1 in the 1100 Block of State Street. Millard will appear in the local court.

Cesar D. Palacios, 26, Lemont, was arrested at 1:13 a.m. on May 13 and served with a local ordinance citation for violation of the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act following a traffic stop at Holmes Street and Main Street. Palacios will appear in the local court.

Lukas Morkunas, 25, Lemont, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on May 13 and served with a local ordinance citation for Possession of a Controlled Substance following a traffic stop in the 700 Block of Main Street. Morkunas will appear in the local court.
