Save The Date For Ice & Lights Fest In Downtown Lemont

LEMONT, IL — Lemont's annual Ice & Lights Fest is set for Jan. 20, from 4 to 6 p.m., in downtown Lemont.

The fest features ice sculptures, live ice carving demonstrations, tractor rides, and appearances from different wintry characters, according to the Village.

Front Street will be closed from 3 to 7 p.m. for this event, and no parking will be allowed from 2 to 7 p.m.

There will be over 20 ice sculptures, sponsored by businesses, on display around downtown. Two live reindeer will also make an appearance from 4 to 6 p.m.

Guests can also roast marshmallows with the Lemont firefighters; and the Creamery will give away 500 free hot chocolates, according to the Village.
