Save The Date For Lemont's 'Kops N Kidz Night'
Families will get to see a parade of lights and sirens by the emergency vehicles; and there will also be giveaways and treats.
LEMONT, IL — The Lemont Police Department will host its annual Kops N Kidz Night, in celebration of National Night Out, on Aug. 14.
According to the Village newsletter, this event will be held in combination with the annual law enforcement/emergency vehicle car show.
The car show runs from 6 to 9 p.m. in downtown Lemont, and the department's event will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

"The evening is designed to strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships, as well as heighten crime and drug prevention awareness," the newsletter states.
