Snapshot: Sen. Christine Radogno Speaks with Area Seniors During Lemont Senior Event

More than a hundred area residents seeking information on how to plan for retirement and beyond attended a free Senior Health Fair hosted by Illinois Senate Minority Leader Christine Radogno (R-Lemont) and Rep. Jim Durkin (R-Western Springs) on Wednesday.

The event was held at the Lemont Park District’s , 16050 W. 127th St., and featured refreshments, free heath screenings and information on assisted living, safety and financial security. 

Radogno said in a news release that she enjoys hosting local events, which give her an opportunity to speak with attendees about a variety of issues.
