Green Pints on the Cheap: St. Patrick's Day Specials

Looking to join the St. Paddy's Day celebrations in Lake View or Lincoln Park this weekend? We've rounded up a slew of specials for drinkers with a hankerin' for a green brew.

There's certainly no shortage of Irish pubs here on the North Side and this weekend, drinkers are hitting them first thing in the morning.

Most bars in Lincoln Park and Lake View are preparing to open their doors early—many as early as 8 a.m.—to kick start St. Patrick's Day festivities.

Looking for a good deal? We've saved you the trouble of having to dig up your own by compiling a roundup of local bars where you're sure to find the green beer flowing. Specials are on Saturday, March 16, unless otherwise noted.
