Mayor Rahm Emanuel wasn't afraid to bust out a few moves at the Taste of Chicago about a week ago as he listened to Robin Thicke perform.
Da mayor was swaying his hips to "Blurred Lines", the hit single that currently sits atop the Billboard charts. A concertgoer captured the gyrations on a cell phone camera.
