Chicago Police Bring Free Family Fun to Larrabee Street

Lincoln Park families looking for fun should look no further Tuesday than the Chicago Police Department.
The department's 18th District is bringing a free night of family fun to residents in the Near North Community with its "Night Out With the 18th District". It includes a family night at the Larrabee Station, 1160 N. Larrabee St., between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
That will include a Scholastic book fair, bag toss, barbecue and afterward, between 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., a showing of the movie, Despicable Me.
Held to "celebrate safe neighborhoods," the event is open to everyone.
