Suspected Drag Queen Hookers Pepper Spray, Rob Hotel Guest
Two cross-dressing suspects are still at large after police said they stormed a man's hotel room, stole checks from Christian high schools and attacked him with pepper spray. The pair may have been hookers, police said.

A 47-year-old out-of-towner called the cops last week after two men, who were dressed as women, reportedly pepper sprayed and robbed him.
The victim—a Lexington, KY, resident—was staying at the Days Inn Hotel, 644 W. Diversey Parkway, when the incident occurred on Jan. 8.
Hotel staff became aware of the altercation when other guests began complaining about pepper spray on the third floor and said they heard a man screaming for help inside a room, according to the report.

Police said they talked with a front desk employee who said two people who looked like prostitutes had recently arrived, gone to the room and left shortly after.
Officers went to meet the victim in his room, where they could reportedly smell a strong scent of pepper spray. The victim told police he heard a knock on the door while he was sleeping. When he asked who was there, he was told it was “security,” the report said. He began opening the door, which had its chain lock engaged, and the duo starting forcing their way in, he told police.

While the man ran to the phone to call for help, the chain snapped and the two suspects rushed at him, pepper spray in hand. He told police that both drag queens looked like they were in their late 20s. He wasn't able to give a more specific description.

After attacking the man, the pair snatched upwards of $700 that the victim told police he had “left out on the counter for business.” Officers asked if he arranged to meet with the two suspected prostitutes, and he said no.
He admitted, however, that he had met a blond woman at a bar earlier that day and gave her his room number so they could meet later, the report said. He said that woman had left his room about 45 minutes before the drag queens stormed in.
The man said several checks he'd earned through refereeing high school basketball games at various Lexington Catholic schools were missing along with the cash.
He refused medical treatment and told police he would cooperate with their investigation, which they said will hopefully lead them to the two cross-dressers.
