Kizuki Ramen and Izakaya Re-Opens at NEWCITY

Kizuki Ramen and Izakaya is thrilled to announce its reopening as of Saturday, May 6th, 2023, following a temporary closure for more than a year. General Manager Casey January and his team are eager to serve customers and the Chicago community once again.

Kizuki Ramen has been a staple in the United States since 2012, serving authentic ramen that transports you straight to Japan. The philosophy is centered around delivering moments of joy to team members, customers, and the communities served. Kizuki Ramen prides itself on providing the most authentic Japanese dining experience through quality, service, and value.

Kizuki Ramen food is still prepared the same way as it is in Japan; utilizing a unique method of roasting bones before boiling, which is similar to the French style of making consommé. They were the first in the Japanese ramen industry to employ this method, which results in a rich, flavorful broth that is fragrant and full of depth. Kizuki Ramen's team is devoted to replicating the incredible flavor of traditional Japanese ramen, and if equal substitutes for ingredients are not found within the US, they import them directly from Japan.
