Man Dies on North Side Sunday After Jumping Into Lake Michigan
Police say witnesses saw a man dive into the lake at Diversey Harbor.
A man who jumped into Lake Michigan early Sunday morning has died.
Police said he dived into the water around 7 a.m. at Diversey Harbor at 2601 N. Cannon Drive near the Lincoln Park and Lake View border.
"People nearby saw the man jump and pulled him from the water," reported ABC.

He was taken to the Illinois Masonic Medical Center and was later pronounced dead, according to several reports.
Additional information regarding his age or the circumstances was not immediately available late Sunday.
