UPDATE: Missing Navy Veteran Found in Texas
Brian Keith Lax was seen at the Great Lakes Naval Base on Tuesday. He was reported missing on Friday.
A U.S. Navy veteran last seen at the Great Lakes Navy Base this week and reported missing turned up Friday night in Texas at a Veterans Affairs medical center overnight, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Department.
Brian Keith Lax, 50, of Milwaukee, was seen at the base on Tuesday. He was reported missing on Friday, according to the Lake County sheriff’s office, and had made “concerning statements” on Twitter. His cell phone was last pinged near the Loyola University campus in Rogers Park in Chicago on Tuesday at 2:40 p.m., according to the sheriff’s office.
