North Side Cops Seek Suspects Behind Dozen Catalytic Converter Thefts
Police are looking for the burglars to blame for at least a dozen recent catalytic converter thefts on the city's North Side.

CHICAGO - Police are looking for the burglars behind at least a dozen recent catalytic converter thefts on the city's North Side.
All thefts occurred during the past two weeks within the department's 19th District comprising areas including Lake View and Lincoln Park. In the incidents, suspects removed catalytic converters from parked vehicles overnight.

- 4300 block of N Winchester between June 30– July 1, 2017 from 12:00 p.m.-6:45 a.m.
- 1500 block of W School between July 5-6, 2017 from 5:25 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
- 2600 block of N Bosworth between July 5-6, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. -7:00 a.m.
- 1000 block of W School on July 6, 2017 at 8:00 a.m.
- 4700 block of N Malden between July 6-7, 2017 from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- 3400 block of N Claremont on July 8, 2017 at 4:00 a.m.
- 4100 block of N Hermitage between July 6-7, 2017 from 12:15 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- 1700 block of W School on Jul 9, 2017 at 5:00 a.m.
- 1600 block of W. Cornelia between July 8-9, 2017 from 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- 500 block W. Oakdale on Jul 10, 2017 from 12:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- 2300 block of W. Cornelia on July 10, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.
There is no description of any offenders in these incidents.
