'Potholepalooza' to Rock Bumpy Roads With Resident's Help

The Chicago Department of Transportation is asking locals for help this weekend to report potholes they see around the area.

The Chicago Department of Transportation is taking the song and dance out of reporting potholes.

With about 300 pothole calls for repair—each included multiple hole repairs—in Lincoln Park this year, the agency is asking residents to let them know about bumps in the road in a weekend blitz that started on Friday.

Melodically coined, “Potholepalooza,” CDOT hopes Chicagoans will report potholes so “your car doesn’t do the Harlem Shake and give you Divine Fits.”
