Spring Temperatures Make Weekend Visit to Chicago
Finally! The North Side will see warmer temperatures Saturday and Sunday, but don't put away the winter coat yet.

Winds from the region are bringing warm weather for Easter weekend.Â
A sunny Saturday could hit 54 degrees, the National Weather Service predicts. And spring-like weather will stay throughout Sunday, with a slight chance of rain.Â

It’s the first time Chicago temperatures have hit 50 degrees since January, the Chicago Tribune reported.
The gift from the South won’t last long as a jet stream from the Northwest will bring winter back to the city. Monday and Tuesday’s temperatures will be in the 30s. Â

The unnaturally cold weather is due to a dome of mild air draped from Russia across the North Pole, the Tribune reports.Â
