Dave Eggers to Greet Fans at The Book Cellar Saturday
Author, screenplay writer and publisher Dave Eggers will be at The Book Cellar this morning.

The man that gave us the screenplay behind “Where the Wild Things Are” and McSweeney’s publishing is coming to Lincoln Square.
Dave Eggers will be at The Book Cellar Saturday from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. The author will do a free meet-and-greet, signing books for his fans afterward.
He’s authored seven books, with his last—A Hologram for the King—earning a 2012 National Book Award nomination.

In 1998, Eggers founded McSweeney’s, an independent publishing house that also features internet essays on all aspects of life.
Eggers went to high school in the Chicago suburb of Lake Forest, and now lives in San Francisco.
