One Book, One Chicago: Read, Draw, Discuss -- Book Discussions and Hands-on Art Workshops

This teen volume discussion of The Book Thief will partner with The Big Draw Chicago, a month-long festival of informal drawing programs that invites participants to draw, think and share.

Artist Steve Musgrave will join Teen Volume moderators for a discussion combined with the chance to create artwork inspired by the book.

Sketchbooks and other materials will be provided.

Teens ages 12-to-18 years should check out and read a copy of the book prior to the program and register in advance by via e-mail or phone.
