Foster Avenue to Close for Three Days in March
Residents will need to find alternate routes when Foster Avenue is closed for steel construction.
Foster Avenue will be closed at Ravenswood for several days next week, according to an announcement from Ward 40 Ald. Patrick O'Connor's office.
Commuters should make alternate travel plans when the road is closed, March 12, 14 and 19.
The closure is due to steel erection, the alderman said.

This comes after a Wednesday announcement from the alderman, saying Ravenswood would be closed on the east side of the Metra tracks from Foster to Berwyn. That stretch will be closed until March 15, while Leland and Ravenswood will remain closed until March 30.
